May Super Hauls: Birthday Edition [1/3]

So it's been about two weeks since my birthday which meant gifts galore! It also saw payday arrive and the spending ban end so I treated myself to some stuff. I still have birthday money to spend and some things from friends haven't even arrived yet, then a huge box of goodies arrived in the post from one of my friends. I have been thoroughly spoiled this year...

I think i'll have to split it into three posts! So without further ado I present to you;

The Birthday Haul!

From the Family;

My parents got me the Alexander McQueen 'My Queen' perfume, an outdoor play pen for Remy, and a gift card so I could go on a spending spree. I had more or less decided what I wanted online. I chose the Rimmel London polishes in Sea Green, Peppermint and Frankie My Dear. The Revlon Parfumerie polishes in Wintermint, Ginger Melon and Fresh Linen. The Soap and Glory Supercat and Smoulder Kohl eyeliners and a 'Great Kisser' Lipbalm. I picked up a Philosophy lipgloss too, as it was birthday cake, and well, seemed fitting! I also completed my MUA Luxe collection with Funk and Atomic. I still have funds to spare! I also received money from my grandad which i've yet to spend... What to buy now... Hmmmm

From the Friends;
My friend Claire bought me this amazing cardboard play castle for Remy, so we had a great time assembling that, and then letting the little monster out to explore in it. She has great fun, and despite having a great big hutch, and lots of space... She spends most of her day napping in the castle!
 Claire also treated me to one of the new Illamasqua Velvet Lip Liquid's, in the shade Exotic, as orange is my favourite colour and I love wacky bright colour lippies. There was also the two comic book style Models Own Sticky Fingers polishes, so bring on the superhero nails!
  From the lovely Hannah, I got a Philosophy 'Sweet Fluffy Cupcake' bath and shower gel, which smells insanely nice and is a really cool silvery colour. I've never tried Philosophy products before, so to get two things from them to try on one occasion is really cool. It didn't stop there! There was also an Eye Rock gift set that contains cool eyeliner transfers that I can't wait to try and funky nail strips. AND (yes i'm still going...) A Betsey Johnson make up bag. I love Betsey Johnson, but don't have anything from her ranges. So I got really excited when I opened this package too! It has a kind of tattoo vibe to it in my opinion. My friends know me so well...

From the Co-Workers;
I work in a really great department where I can call my co-workers my friends. I got some money, (which I haven't spent yet either... Whoops!) This awesomely soft Minecraft Creeper plush from Kellie, which was on my birthday wishlist. It's actually a keyring, and is pretty big and squishy and lovely, because I love creepers... and can never find my keys in my bag. Ever...
  Then from Lyndsay, I got a smushie Furby (that I forgot to pop in this picture), a cuddly carrot for Remy and a cuddly red panda from Build-A-Bear! This is my third Build-A-Bear soft toy, and he is pretty solid. Great for snuggling. I think red pandas are adorable, and if you don't, then maybe you should watch this video...

And finally from my friend Katy, is this awesome box of Lush goodies! Which is a haul all in itself!

Phew... That's a lot. I'm still waiting for a chance to have a good catch up with some of my other friends, and they say they have presents for me too! It's raining presents this month! Stay tuned for part two tomorrow where i'll show you what was in my goody box from lush! :)
